    this new tablet from htc looks promising. the specs are on par or better than the ipad 2. however, the price will more than anything determine the outlook of this tablet. personally, i wouldn’t buy this or any other android tablet over than ipad unless it’s $100 cheaper. the biggest reason is resale value. with the ipad 2, at least i can probably resell it for at least, barring condition, $350. non-ipad 2 tablets aren’t so certain.

    Not bad..it’s more useful than the XOOM imo…but still I would only buy this at a sub 399 pricepoint.

    If actually implemented correctly, the scribe pen is the killer feature here. Having said that, I’ll withhold final judgement until regular folks have it in their hands and run it through it’s paces. Anyone can make a good (albeit theoretical) use case for the scribe pen; now let’s prove it in the practical sense.

    Shouldn’t someone explain to HTC that their Sense UI is a pain in the arse and that most people would love to uninstall it or at the very least get rid half the crap that comes with it.

    I think this is a great product. Looks like it has some great features, but after owning a HTC phone with the Sense UI I will never purchase another HTC product that comes with the Sense UI.
