Phil Schiller: White iPhone coming ‘this spring’

Phil Schiller, Apple’s senior vice president of worldwide marketing, has reaffirmed that his company does plan to release a white iPhone “this spring.” Responding to a user question on Twitter — of all places — the VP stated, “The white iPhone will be available this spring (and it is a beauty!).” Apple is expected to release its next generation smartphone sometime in June — meaning the phone that Schiller is referring to could be the iPhone 5, not the iPhone 4. We’ve reached out to Apple for comment and will update this post with any relevant information provided.

    How many times have they said this and over how many years? Give it up people.

    It’s just a color anyway, no need for the hype and besides only apple could have issues with a casing just because the color was changed. Didn’t know that effected it’s integrity so much.
