PlayStation games coming to Tegra-based, Android devices

Gaming

According to information posted in NVIDIA’s Tegra Zone Android application, Sony PlayStation games will be making their way onto Tegra-based, Android devices in the not-to-distant future. “Sony Computer Entertainment is bringing its PlayStation games to NVIDIA Tegra-equipped phones and tablet devices later this year,” proclaims a post within the application. The electronic company will deliver “PlayStation 3-quality games” via its PlayStation Suite — a cross-platform framework first revealed back in January. The Japanese electronics company has started a certification program that will assure consumers and hardware manufacturers that their devices will be able to deliver the proper PlayStation experience. Sony will also begin populating the PlayStation Suite with game titles within “this calendar year.”

To my undetstanging the tegra zone app is a place to finds games.or apps that have been optimized for tegra processors. Im pretty sure that you can play them on any dual core android phone it just wont guarantee the experience as with the tegra 2. Thats not even saying it wont run good they just. Wont guarantee it.
