Motorola’s beefy ATRIX 4G coming to AT&T March 1st?

There is no doubt about it, Motorola’s ATRIX 4G is one serious handset. Dual-core Tegra processor? Check. 1GB RAM? Check. High resolution display? Check. Heck, there’s even a laptop-like dock accessory that the phone can power… just to make sure you’re fully impressed. The only thing the device has been lacking is a release date — that is, until now. The gang over at Android Central have acquired a document from an AT&T source that tips the launch date for the beefy handset as March 1st. Up to this point, AT&T and Motorola have only committed to “Q1″ as the launch timeframe. To us, March 1st makes plenty of sense, so the only question is: can you wait that long?
