I have a feeling that we’ll be over saturated with 4″ Android devices at CES… along with Android tablets with very similar specs… Nonetheless these appear to be a couple of impressive entries for Vizio’s first time.

The omission of a rear camera on the tablet is a HUGE mistake. Everyone knows you need a rear camera on a tablet for taking those quick snapshots when out roaming with your tablet. I can’t even tell you the amount of times I see Galaxy Tab owners out snapping up pics while walking down the street …..oh wait yeah I can. Never.

I like this inclusion of an IR blaster on a phone. This should become a standard.

I skimmed the article twice and didn’t see the mention of ANDROID once. I can clearly see the Google apps and icons, but why didn’t they mention Android or the Market?

Wow, when are we gonna get something new in the phone market? This phone doesn’t do anything my 3 year old Windows I-mate does. Ok, its 1ghz processor is almost double & the TV out is HD instead of AV, but my old trusty I-mate has IR which is great for annoying people in bars by changing the TV channel and every useful app that you need; facebook, skype, youtube, twitter……. etc, oh! Microsoft office too. Shame the company went bust as I would get another. Give us something new! PLEASE!

Yall are not kidding. So many andriod devices coming out in force this year. It will be interesting to see if it helps the OS or hinders it.

As for the tablet/phone. I like the look of the skin so far. The bezle looks a little think on the tablet and the phone looks good so far. I really hope there is a proper “hands on” and not RIM’s version…..

this stuff looks pretty damn nice; Vizio is serious competition, they’ll get things right over the next year or two and put out some quality products. interesting to see where the price points are.
