I know 4 people that do.

      • Anonymous

        That is unfortunate..

        LOL

You’re as smart as you look, buddy. Keep up the hard work at school and maybe one day you’ll graduate to grade 1.

nice! it must be awesome knowing 4 out of the 5 total blackberry users

      • John Peters

Yeah, that’s why BlackBerry is the number 1 selling smartphone brand in the US. How about you actually do some research before making such ridiculous comments you fool. Go back to playing the fart app.

    So glad I bought a 8330…. eff…

But am way happier that I then bought a 3GS for next to nothing and dont need a update to have a half decent phone.

will 6 ever come to the BB Tour?

    • Reverepats09

the tour will never see the day of OS 6…sorry……when are you due fo an upgrade?…..the BOLD was a nice upgrade from the tour. but i put that thing down a souple of days ago

      • Anonymous

meh, the Tour is our work phone, so we will likely upgrade in 2025 or so (we just upgraded from the Palm Treo, seriously)

      • serpentor

I’d find a new company to work for.

      • Anonymous

well, the salary and perks otherwise make up for it :)

      • John Peters

Don’t listen to serpentor. He cleans toilets all day long and needs his droid to find his way from one bathroom to the other.

  • Reverepats09

LOLOL….I just put my 9650 down 2 daya ago and got the EVO….i would never go back to BB….so happy with the android man….so many more options, ohh and I can also go on the internet now…LOL

    • JoeBold

hold your horses, there. Blackberry has many useful functionality that drrrrroid lacks.. copy paste across the board. (droid= web only) sharing pics, files across the board (droid= not on Google talk) email capabilities, etc. not to mention hardware, battery, and BB has a great unparalleled Phone, yes, this ‘feature’ to make and receive calls.
also, i find it much easier to switch between Apps on the BB then on my Droid Incredible. a simple example, if you switch Apps in the midst of watching say, a YouTube video or any you will have to reload the clip. its so frustrating, that on the crappy ‘berry’ however bad quality the clip is, you’d still be able to switch back n forth with ease.

AT&T running in last again…..of course

Yup, already wiped my 9650 down to a 507 and am installing this fresh!

Our company upgraded from 8703e’s to the 9650 a few months ago ;)

little story: the wife had a curve, “upgraded” to a Torch and then UPGRADED to a Iphone4. I played with it. The only new thing really cool about the OS is the updated notifications drop down. that’s it.

where is Big red. lookout people. the Now Network is en route to conquer the wireless planet. just 1 year ago, you never thought the Sprint will have the first 4G phone, let alone 30+ markets rocking blazing 4G. even before Big Red Mr. Reliable.

  • Alex

Can I download this update for my Verizon Curve 3G 9330? I will download it from the “Read” link

Ya know, who really cares about who dropped BB for an iPhone or an Android. Why is it necessary for people to announce what phone they’re in love with while, at the same time, put down those who prefer something different. I spend around 10 hours a day at my job. When I need to check on my Facebook or LinkedIn, I use my company computer. When I’m out with my friends, I spend my time with my friend (ya know, having a pint or two…), not staring into my tiny 4″ screen. When I’m at home, I use my notebook to surf. At odd times when I have some time to kill outside of work and home, I’m okay with less than an awesome processor or a high resolution screen. If you like your BB, iPhone or an Android phone, great, have fun with it. Just don’t make a big deal out of it. You dropping one for another don’t mean a thing in the grand scheme of things. At the end of the day, all these three platforms will continue to gain more and more customers as the market grows. If you want to have a pissing contest on who’s gaining faster, well, you go ahead feed your need to validate your existence.

Greetings, Blackberry Tech Mental Midgets. How does it feel being in the same company of famous morons who use Blackberry including Paris Hilton, Miley Cyrus, probably all 3 Jonas Brothers, Selena Gomez and Justin Beiber. They all have tons of money and no brains. The only difference between them and you is the money. I would love to see a famous person using an Android. You won’t see it. They’re morons. Like most Blackberry users.

  • Alonzo

I dropped my Iphone for a Bold 9650. Now I have OS6 and it makes my BB experience even more sweeter. At least with the BB I can make phone calls.

  • SVELTE

BB is such a disappointment… I think BB6 is about two years late. Again, BB is pushing too little too late.

    • big red elephant

i just performed sprints update for my 9330,,, to os6 guess what happened? white screen of death,,, java error,, thanks so much for the hastle,,,,iphone here i come

      • John Peters

Perhaps you should have read the instructions. Step 1, plug the phone using the USB cable and don’t unplug it until it’s finished loading. Didn’t get that far, now did you?

  • Culex316

Jesus fucking Christ some of you people need to get off of your high horses.

  • http://twitter.com/j_nathaniel Jason

It s about time…I will update mine and put it back on the drawer.

Installed in this on my Verizon Bold because I know Verizon was going to be last. MUAHAHA!! Just deleted the Vendor file – everything works seemlessly. Blackberry 6 is fantastic compared to 5.0…every thing is layed out in a better format, sound is much better, sharing is easier, universal search function…still playing with it. But if any of you Verizon users want it, the sprint download (-vendor file) works perfectly.
