Oh I see, when Apple speaks it’s an auto post to BGR. Got it now, thanks.

        your such a loser. lol

      • Fastwalking

well it sparks your interest enough to read and post multiple times.

“We” did nothing, Apple did the count themselves and released the data. Read first.

Where is Skyfire? 24 hrs after its release, it became the top grossing app EVER for Apple. Also, the most downliaded app ever. Did Steve leave this off of the list on purpose? Guess even iphone users really do want flash content.

Interesting that all of the top 10 apps are available on Android. Guess the apps argument is no more. All games…go figure.

    • Bringit

Anything you can do, I can do the same. That’s some innovation.

Your intelligence shines. Games aren’t innovation. 4.3″ screens, free tethering, free navigation, deep customization, choice of launcher, choice of keyboards, nfc chips, dual core processors, top notch browsers, total google integration, multitasking, mms, cut and paste…those are all innovation. Glad apple copied a few of them (mms, multitasking)

I don’t get it, why are all the android guys on this site? It would seem from their comments that they don’t care for Apple products yet they come here in droves and post rancid comments. whats the deal with that?

      • Anonymous

This site is not an apple site. Secondly, have you noticed the shit the apple fanbois talk?

      • Bringit

A larger screen is innovation? Free is innovation? Wow, you really ARE a smarty pants.

      • Anonymous

Yes, a 4.3″ screen is innovation. Free isn’t the innovative part of google nav, it’s the nav part. Google, an internet search engine, created a turn by turm navigation system to be used on smartphones…Android only, of course : ) They integrated it with their other innovative product, google maps. The free part just makes it that much better. A few minutes with an Evo will show you what innovation is, and with Gingerbread coming soon, it is only going to get better. We won’t even talk about what honeycomb is bringing to the table. Face it, the iphone is no longer the best. Their idea of innvation is to add features to the new version that everybody else already has. Case and point: Mms, copy/paste, multitasking. Did you hear that the new ipad is going to come with a front-facing camera? Yep, a whole year after other tablets and phones. Peace out.

    hey, editor

    one question: Where is WhatsApp?

  • Fastwalking

I cant help but notice how the vast majority of the apps are games. I’m sure the business community notices this too. Clearly a priority for Apple wereas most businesses are looking for good productivity apps and less distractions.

    • Brett

I agree. I’d like to see BlackBerry’s list.

  • Mgl323

Bing is the top? Looks like people do like Bing.

  • Superhai

I guess this is for the US Apple App Store, as in my iTunes the lists are widely different.

    • Kuberan Marimuthu

In your iTunes it varies because what u see is the list for your current week of your local App Store. What Apple has published is the list summarized from all the App stores for the complete year 2010.
