Images of AT&T branded Nokia X7 surface on the web

mobile

Several weeks ago, a video displaying the gaming prowess of an unannounced Nokia handset — the X7-00 — surfaced on the web. Now, thanks to the notorious Nokia-slayer Eldar Murtazin, we have two new images of an AT&T branded X7 to dissect. Mr Murtazin — who reviewed the Nokia N8 months before its official announcement (much to the chagrin of Nokia) — was a bit sparse with details. All he would say was that he does not like the device and that he is working on a full review. However, from the images we can see the device will have an 8 megapixel camera with a dual-led flash, dedicated camera button, and what appears to be a 4-inch form factor. Combine those bits of intel with previous reports that peg the X7 as having four, high-quality speakers and you pretty much have the full wrap sheet on the handset… for now. There is another image waiting for you after the break. Enjoy.

Wow, that looks hot. I would surely have one when it is released, after checking the reviews, as it is from AT&T and also released by Nokia, I do not doubt its functionality.

Nokias symbian OS still looks terrible with its 80′s programming font and menus.

What is this follow the leader? Every new handset that has recently been revealed looks like this: 4″ A-MOLED display, 1Ghz Processor, 8M Camera with LED Flash. Can someone take the next step please? Even the Nexus S has the same stats!!!!

They have the same specs because they are using current hardware at the time they were designed. This was most likely designed a couple of years ago and 1ghz was top of the line. They also chose the best sensor for the chipset at the time. They don’t make their own camera sensor and processor, they buy chips from other manufacturers. So for companies trying to stay current of course they will all have the same specs. Of course, 1.2ghz processors are out now … But probably not at the time of it’s design. And the OS needs a revamp.

        OWNED!!! nice comment @askup

And can people stop coming to this site spouting off about how BGR was a day late on a story. Cause 9/10 its a minor story, that most BGR readers could care less about. Get a life bud.

How the hell does Nokia not manage to stop the flow of unfinished prototypes to their biggest hater? If someone negatively reviews a buggy pre-production model it takes alot of steam out of your sails…
