mobile

Nokia hit us up to let us know that in addition to partnering with Disney on the upcoming TRON: Legacy movie (Nokia said the film will be the first to feature the Nokia N8), they are going to be having a very special advanced screening of the movie. It’s taking place on Tuesday, December 14th at Club Nokia in Los Angeles, and Nokia has give us a pair of tickets to give away to you guys. Here are the details on how to enter!

  • To enter to win (2) tickets to an advanced screening of Disney’s TRON: Legacy, courtesy of Nokia:
  • Drop in a comment below on why you’d like to attend the screening — maybe tell us your favorite scene from the first film, maybe your favorite Nokia handset — anything you want.
  • The content will run until this Friday, December 9th at 11:59PM ET. We’ll notify the winner by email within 48 hours after the contest has closed.
  • Good luck!

P.S. If you don’t win in our contest, hit up Nokia’s Facebook page to try your luck.

The cycles from the original were amazing and should be even better now!

I was a big fan of Voltron and Transformers growing up in the 80s. This movie looks killer. Would love to see it.

Would love to go see this!

I was thinking it’d be nice to take my girl to see Tron: Legacy right after having her watch the first one. Although she hasn’t seen the first one, that movie changed my life and I’m hoping the dual back-to-back experience will change hers too!

I want to see this simply because my legacy network has been systematically destroyed. So I figure, at worst, I should at least be allowed to win free tickets to see TRON, a legacy that at least was treated far better than…well…I’ll just leave it at that.

The original TRON had a huge impact on me as a kid… I have an almost religious relationship with that movie. Needless to say, I await the new with much anticipation, and hope that it’ll blow my mind

The chance to see Jeff Bridges as Kevin Flynn again is just too exciting!

I want to see the new movie just so I can see the look on the son’s face when he asks his father how he is so good at using a light disc and Flynn response is, “It’s all in the wrists.”

I loved how Flyyn in the 1st movie was essentially a hacker, and I’m curious how he wrote the Clu program and if Clu will take from those roots.

I’ve been a fan of the original move since watch the Solar Sailer opened up. I think I saw it when I was 4. I’m pretty excited to see what they do with the sequel!

    Oh, yes!!!

I grew up on the original story. Watched it so many times I hardly have a favorite scene, it’s just that good. Can’t wait for the new movie, been thinking about getting a group together for a midnight showing locally but free tickets would be even better!

I was at Disneyland in Anaheim, CA recently and I had the pleasure of watching an 8 minute sneak-preview of TRON: Legacy. As I was sitting in the theater, I noticed that my favorite Nokia device, the N8, made several appearances during the film. Unaware that I was surrounded by hundreds of people, I yelled out: “OMG THAT’S THE NOKIA N8.”

I would like to attend the screening so that if I have another outburst, the people that I am surrounded by are just as enthusiastic about the device as I am :)

    Thanks for the opportunity!

I’d love to see the remake in Los Angeles. It’d be great to see my old teacher again and this (hopefully) incredible movie at the same time.

Huge fan of the original! Have it on multiple formats; laserdisc, DVD, VHS. Can’t wait for the new flick and am definitely interested in scoring tickets! Thanks so much.

I still have my first phone, a Nokia 2800 on my desk at home. This contest is awfully convenient, since I am ner raging to see this movie AND I will be at Disneyland when the screening happens so I can attend. Perfect storm?
