um…not sure if you read this but – the first sentence might give away that it’s windows – ” Dell has announced that its Windows Phone 7 handset offering”. Or the pictures of the phone with windows icons. Or the back of the phone “windows phone”. Just a few hints that it’s a windows phone.

Nothing beats my Nexus One. HSPA+ on T-Mobile getting on average 4.8 mb on download and 1.3 mb upload. My peak speeds bump up to 6.5 mb on download. Never falls under 3.8 mb. That is what I call a fast network. The price of my plan is better than any other carrier in the Boston area.
    Thank You T-MOBILE.

Here it is: the next Windows Phone to be ignored. Get a good look; unless you buy one, you’ll never see it again.

Looks good to me. Price is right too.

Just spoke to someone at dell, says even w/o contract is locked to t-mo. Says phone will not even accept intl sims for travel – only american t-mo sims, all the time. Can anyone confirm otherwise from experience?

    • Drew

I can’t really speak to that I’m already annoyed with memory card fiasco that’s already in place. Geez Microsoft, you really SUCK at trying to be successful!! So fearful of piracy that you’ve become annoyingly paranoid.

  • Thedudesays1

can we get a full review of the phone (unless I have already missed it?)

What’s with this “available now” but it doesn’t ship until December?? It that like a “soft opening”? Nothing is “available” until you can actually get it.

Kind of excited about this one. Pricing is excellent. Device looks good, just no one out there has reviewed it. May just take the plunge to be a guinea pig.

will this work on att 3g?

  • DTownTony

Definitely one of the better looking phones out there

  • ChampagneBob

If it wasn’t so funny you would almost cry….. available at Microsoft stores immediately… all seven of them!

This butt ugly phone has questionable ergonomics in my opinion… how can you hold this comfortably while texting?

If Dell’s portfolio continues to grow, along side the Streak, I can imagine Dell being out of the phone business real soon…
