Apple removes white iPhone 4 from website

It’s not looking good, boys and girls. Late last night, Apple removed the white iPhone 4 from it’s website’s purchase page. No more placeholder with a “not available sign”, nada.

We reported that we had heard Apple might cancel the white iPhone 4 model entirely the same day Apple announced another delay until Spring.

What do you think? Is it gone or just hiberating through the winter?

    Obviously they couldn’t fix the white paint problem. If Apple didn’t release it within two months of announcement, it means we’ll hafta wait until the 5 model next year, and be happy with the black one in the meantime.

    Figures…Everyone got all excited over the white version for nothing. Tragic… Now people will have to buy a white case to put over their black iPhone if they want the look. Sounds like a lot of work to me. Not

    What is quite odd is that if you go to the “Compare” section of the iPhone page, you can still see there is a “Color” comparison, showing the white iPhone 4 still there…
