We have just been told AT&T stores have started receiving iPad display models, iPads for sale, and iPad display accessories. There won’t be a separate display area for the iPads, the tablets will be positioned right next to existing handsets. We were the first to exclusively report that AT&T would be selling the device in stores. All the units are 3G units, split up evenly between 16, 32, and 64GB models. What is somewhat interesting is that AT&T stores can’t sell it early, even though… it’s available for sale everywhere else on earth. Something else interesting? AT&T will be loading up on iPad accessories — over 12 different case options, etc.
