    Finally… News I don’t care about.

  • Perspective

Unfortunately, Google also added 175 countries to the list of locations Android apps can surreptitiously send your data. But I suppose this is all a good thing because Android is open.

    • Jarrett

That’s funny right there. If you can’t laugh at that you need to get the hell out.

    • Donny

So what if Google sells your personal data for profit. It’s open source. They have blessed us with the greatest OS ever created.

      • dsaffasd

google actually doesnt sell your data as much as other companies, or at all. Yahoo and facebook and all those sell your data out the ass. look it up instead of just saying the same crap over and over, and living in fear.

Funny, I was unaware that Google was the proprietor of iOS. Learn something new everyday.

      • DroidRules

Google doesn’t sell your personal information. They give it away. Duh!!!

      • Jarrett

        Haha.

Come on already! Google and the OHA should be dominating world wide already! What is taking so long. Everyday that I drive by a Sprint Store or a Verizon store the lines to get the latest and greatest Android devices are around the block and chaotic. Just look at these pictures below:

That last one isn’t a store opening. They are buying the devices to ship them out to the chinese grey market. Of course though, this happens every single day with Android devices, so this isn’t anything new.

For those of you curious as to what will happen outside of Verizon, Sprint and T-Mobile store if/when the iPhone is available elsewhere:

Of course, these lines will be followed by your networks coming to a crawl because of the strain on the invisible wires.

My god are you a total loser.

      • Jarrett

Come on how is anyone going to take you seriously with that name.

For your information you would have to be as equal of a loser (if not greater) for commenting on my comment.

Think about your own stupidity before pointing out what you perceive as someone else’s.

shit jarrett, you are a married man with a child…and you act like this. it’s pathetic. i pity you my friend.

i guess the one good thing you are doing with your life is showing the rest of us (which consist of 14 – 21 year old phone aficionados) what not to do with our lives.

        thanks champ.

Funny, I found it extremely funny how in some countries it was reported that no rush and no lines for unlocked iPhone 4.

It was also reported that some people didn}t buy it because it was not available in white. That tells you what kind of people by iPhones….

and by the way, iPhone 4 does NOT multitask. It only simulates multitasking IF the app was specially written to using apple provided api AND the way the app was ran in background was appoved by Apple.

http://www.cultofmac.com/?s=unlocked This isn’t a store opening either folks. This line is solely for iPhone 4′s well after a month of the store being open and three months after the iPhone 4 went on sale.

Of course, these lines will be followed by your networks coming to a crawl because of the strain on the invisible wires.

So Google takes over Apple’s universe and everyone shows their bitterness. You know, Massengill is still available globally and is now available in Extra Mild Vinegar water for those sore spots.

As long as the iOS/Andy debate has been brought up, let me ask: What is it that a person can do on an iOS device that can’t be done on an Andy device?

    • Jarrett

Well, you can not buy an iOS device with unremovable third party software that the carrier put on your device because they were paid my the Apps publisher.

With an iOS device you have 25X’s the Apps and developers working on projects for your platform.

With an iOS device you can plug into third party hardware accessories buy the truck load. How many Third Party EVO or Droid X products are there?

Each OS is only limited by what Third Parties decide to do with them. I believe third parties have decided which platform is far more important to them.

      • Jarrett

        should be 2.5X’s not 25X’s

      • phil dough

Are you ignoring my question and looking to plug Jobs wunderkind iTurds? What sort of things can you do with your iPhone that I can’t do on my Andy? Music? No, Movie? No, Foursquare? No, Vid chat? No, Office doc edit? No, Exchange? No, Social Media? No, Navigate? No, Task manage? Can iPhone do that? I have no idea, Google voice? Can iPhone do that? I have no idea.

For all the bluster and OPINION about how much better iOS is there must be many things that can not be done on an Andy.

How many of those iOS apps are copycats? Android Market and iTunes are both chock full of copcat crapps.

      • Mgl

Well my iphone can multi-task without draining the whole battery in a hour or two. That can be one right?

      • phil dough

Nope. The battery in my HTC Andy lasts all day.

Can you by tickets for an event at a website that uses flash on your iPhone?

  • Wild Bill

Maybe now that apps are available in Mexico, Googs can use its influence to stop the drug cartels from snuffing out the good people of Mexico before the few that actually have money get the chance to download more worthless apps..

  • trey

U can do more on android then you can on the iPhone apple is so restricted that’s why I left.

  • Mr.Bill

Jarret is a well worded troll, he has a way with words no doubt. How ever his posts are like Macmans, and are always the same, shit on everything else not Apple.

Its nauseating to read, makes Apple appear less an less like a viable product an one that needs to belittle others to purport itself as something worthy.
(Chip off of the ol block of Jobs almost)

Feature phone at any rate with added capabilities is all it is.

Like a fancy Dodge neon, it was popular too and all the rage with the young ins..

    Now where are they.
Oh yeah, they had to tune it a lot, to make it worth a carp, just like jail braking it seems to me.
