Foursquare 2.0 for Android released

If you’re one of those people who just loves letting others know where you’re at, via geolocation application foursquare, listen up. The company has just updated their Android application to include all the latest features, including tips, to-dos, and call-outs. The company also boasts that the “whole user experience has been cleaned up.” Grab the new bits if you’re interested.

    There are some major issues with this release. Points are no longer given for check-ins and venue shortcuts cause the whole app to force close. If you haven’t upgraded, DON’T!

      It’s called a QR code. You can use a QR scanner app on your phone to get specific text or, in this case, a link to the app discussed.
