The multi-purpose pizza box

You can file this one under low-tech high-tech. Company Environmentally Conscious Organization, Inc. has patented a pizza box that goes above and beyond the call of duty. The box is designed to look like your run-of-the-mill pizza packaging, however, added perforations allow the box to break into four serving “plates” and a smaller box to store left-overs. If we had only had this magical cardboard implement in college. We have a video after the break displaying just how ingenius this thing actually is. Take a look.

    I did this before, but only by riping off the lid. This idea goes to distance. Plates that don’t need washing plus storage… oh my it’s every man’s dream come true…

    Green box is the man! This is my first time to see that they have unique box for pizza. I can say that the owner of this pizza company is really thinking well. THEY ARE GOOD IN BUSINESS! Your not just paying for the pizza, but you pay for the box as well.

    You’re already wasting WATER and SOAP just by washing a plate.

    The cardboard will soon degrade and return to good old Mother Earth. The soap, as CGH points out, is full of chemicals contaminating the “water” you speak of.

    Why not just use a plate and wash it? So, waste water, your own time, soap with chemicals that goes back into our water supply, AND just throw away the box instead of using it as a plate AND another box????

    The other half turning into a smaller box IS very smart though.
