MythBusters renew contract, no myth safe for next seven years

Myths be warned! At Comic Con last Saturday, MythBusters stars Jamie Hyneman, Adam Savage, Grant Imahara, Tory Bellici and Kari Byron took the stage to promote their show’s upcoming season. The gang also announced that they have renewed their contract for a full seven years with the Discovery Network. Appeasing the Comic Con crowd, Adam Savage clamored that they were willing to take on more superhero myths. Anyone out there a fan of the ‘Busters? Any favorite myths?

      Totally agree! Plus I love Mythbusters.

        As do I, hence why I read the article. Now some myths I think they bend on, such as one’s beating a radar detector. I mean, can’t say I blame them from a liability point of view as the mass amount of explosions(dissapearing cement truck anyone?) more than makes up for it. I think my favorite was the decompression scuba diver where the gel torso got pushed into the helmet.

    I think their next episode should be Steve Jobs Myth that all phone experience the same problem as iPhone 4′s antenna. If they prove it wrong Apple needs to pull the videos from their website (really slimy advertising concept in my opinion).

    Nice Dirk! I would definitely stick my eyes on the tv screen if they will be featuring Steve Jobs’ myth on the iPhone 4 issues. LOL. That is really a nice one!
