Captivate Hype Video

Nine days before release, the Super AMOLED packing Samsung Captivate — from AT&T — has been given its very own hype video. The 2:21 short emphasizes the gorgeous display that accompanies all Galaxy S devices, as well as the speed and versatility of the device. The Captivate will be available for purchase from Ma’ Bell on July 18th for $199 on-contract. If you’re interested hit the jump — we’ve got the video queued up for you.

    That is sad. Which ever production house made this, should burn in hell! Sorry that was mean but I would say it to their faces!

    I dont know if anybody noticed but at 1:40 they made a booboo in the video as it shows somebody taking a picture with FLASH which the phone for some odd reason or another does NOT have. Shame on you Samsung!

      AT&T apparently thinks stripping the flash off the phones is going to save them a boat load of money. They did it on the Aria, aka Legend, also. They also stripped the Aria of the Legends solid aluminum shell.

      AT&T needs to learn not to keep fucking with the phones. None of their modifications make the phone better than what the manufacturer designed to begin with.

    Samsung failed by not adding flash to the phone!! ATT had nothing to do with the flash.. Galaxy S was announced months ago and it was clear it did not have flash..

    Fuck this. Still cripple. I will not be getting the Captivate. While others looks the same excluded the EPIC much smoother and sexier looking. No flash no front facing camera I’ll pass thanks.

    With their bloatware on there, I certainly won’t get it. Unless I can root it and flash the ROM with an un-hacked version. Carrier “services” are just BS. You’re a DUMB pipe, now act like one and let me do my own thing.
