T-Mobile details the Samsung Vibrant

General

samsung-vibrant

AT&T is no longer the only American carrier to officially have a variant of Samsung Galaxy S coming soon, as T-Mobile has finally gotten around to admitting that it will be releasing the Android 2.1 smartphone under the name Vibrant. Sporting a chrome bezel that is reminiscent of the first three generations of iPhone, the Vibrant has the same 1GHz Hummingbird processor, 4″ WVGA Super AMOLED display, and 5 megapixel camera as the Galaxy S. No word yet on a release date or pricing, but we imagine we’ll learn next week, be it by press release or leak.

its true, this thing is Fischer Price…..come on T-Mobile, why doesnt it seem like its your first rodeo over and over again. Dont even bother reporting handset launches unless its Nexus One specs and build quality going forward….im embarrased

The processor, screen, RAM, ROM, and camera are all spec’d equal to or better than the Nexus One’s. I’m not sure about build quality though.

  • Samsung Bad?

Samsun makes a lot of companents that make up the vast majority of the products we use today. I don’t truly understand why some peeps automatically think that it will be poor quality. I can’t want to try it out.
