Sansung Vibrant

Well, apparently the Galaxy S brand name isn’t all that important to Samsung, as cellphonesignal.com is reporting that the Gally S will be hitting T-Moble on July 21st as the Samsung Vibrant. For those of you who don’t remember what the Galaxy S Captiva Vibrant’s spec sheet looks like, here is a quick overview: 4″ AMOLED display, 1 GHz processor, 5 megapixel camera, 720p HD video recording, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and Android 2.1. What do you think T-Mobile fans, does seeing a T-Mo branded Galaxy S get you all excited?

UPDATE: Yesterday, TmoNews also reported on some intel they have that leads them to believe the Vibrant will drop on the 21st as well.

It’s pretty cool! I don’t mind the flash!! It’s a phone!! Can’t see any use for a flash plus SUPER AMOLED SCREEN!!!

Why would they drop a Android 2.1 OS device if they could drop 2.2 in it and get that much more advantages?

Nice phone none-the-less its nice to see some high quality phones in our T-Mo line up

This is it. Was thinking about the HTC HD2, until I heard about the connectivity issues. My Blackberry is a year old and seems outdated without a touchscreen. If the price is right for t-Mobile upgraders, I’m down like 4 flat tires. This is my next phone!

Connectivity issues w/the HD2 have been addressed with the 2.13 ROM update. Devices sold now have the new firmware….so it’s safe to put the HD2 back in your lineup for your next purchase.
