Starbucks offering free Wi-Fi access at all U.S. locations starting July 1st

According to their latest tweet, Starbucks will be opening up their Wi-Fi to everyone. No registration and it’s 100% free. Not bad, Seattle, not bad.

We’re very excited to announce that coming July 1st: Free. 1 click. No registration WIFI at all US locations!

I THINK you can get free wifi here in Kitchener, but it’s a very big hassle with all the registration and info you have to put in. No registration would be awesome!

Starbucks is only doing what most places have already been doing, and that’s offering free WIFI while eating or hanging out in their businesses.

Heck if I can get free WIFI in any other coffee shop or take out place, why would I hang around a Starbucks any longer than it takes to grab a cup of coffee, then pop in next door and browse away for free, an din the sun?

They have been doing it in the UK for ages, you just need a starbucks account. No fee and simple registration

I guess all the Apple haters are gonna be drinking Starbucks. Wait I thought they would be caught dead in there using their laptops and gadgets because it would make them look pretentious. Meanwhile they’ll all say, hmmm why didn’t I do this before?

Can’t wait to see all the hypocrites.

You can only use it for iphone or ipads and only while waiting in line and then once you get your $6.00 coffee you must use your ipad instead of a tray to carry your coffee to the table and then use your iphone as a coaster! Once you pick up your coffee AT&T will automatically bill your credit card $19.95 for the next 30 minutes! BAZINGA! Fan boys!!!
