Rumors are starting to fly about a new Sony Ericsson offering code-named “Julie.” The new handset will be a Windows Phone 7 device and is reported to have a 1GHz processor (possibly dual-core), 4″ touchscreen, and fully QWERTY keyboard. Julie’s girlish figure will be similar to that of the Xperia X10, while the estimated release date for the mystery-maiden is the end 2010.

Don’t forget “coare”.. Does Andrew ever proofread his posts?

      • Really?

Why when there’s losers like you to do it for them? Thanks.

    • Jake

Wtg AM, Wasn’t riding, just having fun..

    • Who Cares?

First, who cares about spelling mistakes? It’s a blog, the journalistic integrity isn’t all that high to begin with. Second, it’s Sony Ericsson, we won’t see this phone until 2012, the end of 2011 if they’re “on the ball” and even by then it will be an old news piece of crap just like the X10.

    First… to say first!

  • sk

Hell… use some spell check for god’s sake. Coare?

  • Champs

First I read “coare,” then I went through the article again: WinMo? Move along…

    • SteveD

To be fair it isn’t WinMo it’s Windows Phone 7. You can’t possibly have a (valid) opinion on it because you haven’t used it, yet.

      • bobbee

i have a valid opinion on WP 7 UI… it is poorly designed, seizure inducing ugly.

  • Marco

spell check is an easy tool… one should always use it!

    Especially BGR!

  • Onceuponatime

Thank God we have the spelling cadets on patrol. Couldn’t have understood what the article meant else wise. Douche bags.

    • Really?

I wish I had the ability to electrocute people with their own keyboards the push of a button from mine, I’d kill all the douchebags dead while torture the others.

  • JoshD4

I really hope windows phone 7 is good…

    Posted from BGR Mobile (iPhone).

Some goodnews if small from the WM7 camp. And SE. I have always like the look of SE phones if not their function. Waiting to upgrade from my 3G, good to have options.

    OMG COARE!!

    Mid-2011, I’m calling it.

@Onceuponatime this may be a blog but they should still maintain a minimum level of professionalism. Not proof-reading a hundred word post is pure laziness and shows they don’t really care and want to move on – or that’s how it comes across. Just saying.

    • Really?

Saying a blog, any blog, should maintain professionalism is like saying a bum should always wear a clean thong. Hows the weather on that planet you’re from? Oh, and welcome to the internet. Many exciting things to find here (I can tell you’re new cause… well, you know…)

EVERYONE CHILL!!! Lets not go to war over a sylly tipo. LOL :D heheheheh

  • paulg

The code name of this device is actually not “Julie”, it’s “Jolie”.

  • roebling

Did anyone else read “WP7″ in the headline and think, “Word Perfect 7″?

Guess I forgot that MS was still doing phones, or that anyone cared.

    • Really?

Notice how the only reply is my smartass one flaming you? That’s because no one cares about you either.

  • Adrian97c

sony erricson was my phone all time phone! then i got the iphone 3g to replace it.. but yup.. I still have my trusty sony erricson walkman phone

  • Ick

So Sony coming w/ a ‘superphone’ on a new OS huh? So by ‘late 2010′ they really mean August 2011 in Europe for what, like $900 US?

    WP7 = unknown
    Sony Ericsson = FAIL
