Verizon HTC Droid Incredible giveaway: Part 2

We’re back with the final part of our 5 device giveaway series, and this time, we’re looking for a bonafide reason you need this phone. We want to know the current device you’re using, and why it’s so bad — maybe it’s half broken, barely works, is completely outdated, or any other reason — so, hit us up with some photo or video evidence and you could win yourself a Droid Incredible. Here are the official rules:

  • To enter, email a photo or video of your current busted handset to droid at boygeniusreport dot com.
  • If you decide to smash, break, destroy, or otherwise compromise the structural integrity of your phone, that’s on you.
  • This giveaway is open to anyone 18 years or older in the U.S. (it’s a Verizon CDMA device anyway)
  • We’ll run it until May 28th at 11:59PM!
  • Since we already gave out two devices, we have three left. That means there will be three winners in this contest.

    I’d be curious to see when the winners (AKA me!) are announced.

    I need a new phone ASAP, so if by some strange event I don’t win a new Incredible, I am going to have to go order one within the next few days anyways.

    The contest ended last night, but when is the actual drawing??

      Just so you know the lead time of the Incredible is June 18th so even if you order one you won’t receive it until inventory is replenished.

    I do not know if it is too late to enter, but i could really use that phone. Most of the people entering are probably showing you their lavish iphone or droid that they happed to drop in the sink or cracked the screen. But i, i don’t have that kind of money. my phone is a Kyrocera Marble and i’m not going to lie to you, it is not in horrible condition except the screen which i stepped on with track spikes is a little dented and wavy, but the real sad thing is i don’t even have service. Yes you heard right i do not have service. I use it for my calender and alarm. I use to have service but i can’t afford it anymore. If i could have this phone please i would be able to use wifi to use skype to keep in touch because there is always open wifi near where i am. I could really use this phone please. Thank you for your time.

      Verizon’s skype uses verizon voice plan for domestic calls.
      If you don’t have verizon voice plan, the skype probably won’t help you.

        the third party Skype mobile app is carrier-independent.

        assuming you’re in a wifi hotspot, it should work fine.

        heck you can do a great deal of things with the incredible off-contract.

    I think i would win over every one on day one of having the phone while removing the protective plastic god told me that he hated me and thus BECAME A BROKEN HTC INCREDIBLE SHATTERED SCREEN!

    Hi , I really want this phone because it’s very awesome, incredible phone , wonderful design and it have a lot of fantastic features like :
    -It’s only 130 g Weight .
    -The CPU Qualcomm with 1 GHz processor .
    -The fantastic Camera with Primary 8 MP, 3264×2448 pixels, auto focus, LED flash and that more than iphone 4
    -The Internal memory 8 GB storage.
    - It’s very sensitive touch screen.
    - the incredible gadgets system.
