Please join us in congratulating Frechman and DevKid as the winners of our HTC DROID Incredible giveaway. There were 9,490 comments that made it in before the April 29th 11:59pm deadline, however — much to the chagrin of others who entered — Monsieur Frenchman and Señor DevKid will be taking home the hardware. Thanks to all who entered, and thank you for reading BGR.

    I’m shocked and actually quite disgusted that BGR gave 2 Incredibles away based on those comments when there were many, MANY more that deserved to be looked at and, as a long time BGR follower, I thought would have actually won. “…because my Palm Treo 750 has started becoming a social liability.” That deserves one of the most highley anticipated smart phones to date?!?! As an Incredible owner, and someone who was not even a part of this contest but followed to see the results, I’m insulted that BGR felt that deserved to win.

    They obviously didn’t read my comment. It was clever and maybe they just didn’t get it that I used the names of the Verizon smart phones and multimedia phone in the post.

      exactly. i know damn well they don’t read all the comments….i wouldn’t either. i’m just saying, at least be up front about it. this just makes it too obvious, IMO.

    No Sarita you dont have to give a sob story but be original and in some way need the phone. I’ve worked in the wirless feild for the past 10 years and i’ve seen people come in with phones taped together because they dont have the $199.99 to pay for it let alone buy it outright for $5??. I am happy for the winner so dont get me wrong and there are still 8 more phones to give away so all we can do is try to win those. Hopefully before the EVO 4G comes out becuase im gonna start saving for that and swtich to the best network -SPRINT. $69.99 Unlimited everything baby and that phones gonna take over the world, lol. have a great weekend everyone.

I read over the 2 winners post and I was just Thinking??? out of all the best posts on here those 2 were the ones that Stood out.. Like LOL.. i felt stupid after reading that.. but nevertheless Congrats 2 the Winners.. but Maybe Just Maybe that their Unique Names Stood out and helped them win.. Who Knows
