Adobe shows off new Content Aware tool option in Photoshop CS5

In a five minute demonstration video posted to YouTube, Adobe shows off a new jaw-dropping tool option designed to make fixing imperfections in photographs drop dead easy. This new “Content Aware” fill technique is dispersed amongst multiple tools including the lasso, magic wand, and the spot healing brush and can be used to seamlessly remove background objects literally with a single click.     Wow. That was amazing. My mouth was open for most of the video. OMG. I will have to upgrade when this comes out. This should cut editing time dramatically.

    Need to say that Liquid Rescale and Colorize (from gray tones or BW to realistic colored images) was in GIMP long before Photoshop ?

    Ah, sorry it’s about innovations here and I forget that.
