We received this photo from a new tipster and are posting it for informational purposes as we haven’t confirmed if it’s the real deal or not. With that said, check out the carrier — T-Mobile — and the firmware version: Android 3.0.

Correct, the operative term is average, and since they don’t even mention a peak speed, we can infer that it’s ideal.
