Motorola Motus coming to AT&T? Full specifications

We’ve just received a full spec list for the very blurry Motorola Motus and it’s pretty interesting. Why, you ask? Besides AT&T 3G support, the specs are pretty similar if not identical to the Motorola CLIQ. Our connect didn’t flat out tell us that the handset would be hitting AT&T, but hey, we can dream right? Here are the full specifications for the Motorola Motus:

  • Quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE
  • Tri-band 7.2Mbps HSDPA (850, 1900, 2100MHz)
  • 5 megapixel autofocus camera with LED flash
  • 256MB RAM
  • aGPS
  • Wi-Fi
  • 3.1″ capacitive 480×320 display
  • Bluetooth 2.0
  • Weight: 133g
  • 1400mAh battery
  • microSD slot
  • Qualcomm MSM 7201A CPU
  • MOTOBLUR

Last but not least, we’ve been told the Motus is not a slider but a unique “flip” phone. That’s all we’ve got for now, but we’ll keep you updated as always.

    What’s with all the droid and motorola hate? I’m typing this on my droid right now, I love it and its the best smartphone I’ve ever had. I love the keyboard, I don’t see why everyone is complaining about it, its way better then all touch typing, which is why the iCrap fails. Motorola did a great job with the phone, I like it better then my old blackberry curve, and is a good upgrade from my env touch. Screw the iCrap and ATTs craptastic srvice. Good with the big red or tmobile. If I had tmobile i’d get the cliq. Its better then the g1 or mytouch

      Whats with all the iphone hate with you?!? I like the iphone and the Droid, they are both Great phones!

    What’s with all the hate??? I have a iPhone 3G and the new Motorola Android… where the iPhone can’t the Droid does. Get with it people they are both good phones but one has things the other doesn’t support.

    When was the last time Apple or Motorola sent you cash for buying their product? It’s a phone so get over it!!

    just saw the HTC commercial and on ESPN and they had this phone in the ad i am 100,000,000,000,00 SURE it HAD THE AT&T LOGO ON THE TOP LEFT. the ad was quick tho not like the others. . . . it was nice knowing you iPHONE its been swell. . . but i have to go android is call me ;]

      This phone is from Motorola though. How did you see it in an HTC commercial?

    I would get this phone in a heartbeat! I’ve been waiting for moto to make a sweet ATT phone since I had a SLVR back in the day :) And I was so tempted to switch carriers when the droid came out… now I have hope and soon I can replace my BB curve with a motus. Super gay name though; they should change it fo sho….

    he Motus has quad-band GSM connectivity and – weird enough – it looks like it also supports the 850/900/1700/1900/2100 MHz WCDMA bands, which means that both AT&T and T-Mobile could launch it.

    OK PEOPLE GET THIS STRAIGHT!!!!
    Motus is running android 1.6 and has gestures control which is pretty awesome!
    IT WILL COME TO AT&T!
    Only reason I know this is because I went in to AT&T and asked them and they said it was motorola android backflip phones so it’s this one
    it’s supposed come out in Q1 2010 (when is Q1?) so I love both iPhone and android they’re both good! And whoever doesn’t like both can deal with it!
