Samsung's Omnia Pro B7330 outed, snap'd, spec'd

General

Samsung just recently announced the Omnia Pro B7320 but now it looks as if the luster has completely worn off and it will be usurped by its slightly more dashing cousin, the Omnia Pro B7330. Or maybe the B7330 is just intended for a different region — we don’t know or care to be honest. Improved cosmetics aside, not a whole lot is different between the two; the display has been marginally improved, coming in at 2.63-inches, while the camera and battery have also received marginal enhancements at 3.2 megapixel and 1500 mAh. Perhaps more important than anything else however, is the fact that the B7330 will ship with WinMo 6.5. So yeah, if this is the sort of thing you’re after, feel free to seek it out in mid-October when it parachutes well behind enemy lines in the ongoing full-QWERTY smartphone war.

Looks like an XpressMusic version of the E72, right down to the home key.

I thought the Omnia Pro was supposed to be a big touchscreen with a slide out qwerty like the Touch Pro

Looks like my Moto Q9m from 2 yrs ago that I’m still using. Only upgrade is the megapixels. Blah blah, give us a truly mega megapixel phone, and we’ll talk.

To the readers and users outher I am sick of my 8330. The multy media player just won’t cut it! I want somthing better! A smartphone that can do all of what blackberry does but better! All of the above units are still not available. I need to find the cream of the crop in smartphones! Now who’s got it for what price? Then testing can begin on the telus network. If ther are others interested in doing the same then go for it! Its easy.
