Page Plus intros Unlimited Talk n Text plan, $39.95

If you haven’t yet heard of scrappy wireless carrier Page Plus, it might be time to check it out. Specializing in prepaid, Page Plus is known in many regions for its competitive rates and respectable coverage (as long as you don’t live in the middle of the country or the Northwest). On top of its already affordable offerings, the small carrier has just introduced one hell of an unlimited offering that, if it can manage to get the word out, could be pretty disruptive in several markets. “Unlimited Talk n Text” affords users unlimited anytime minutes and unlimited SMS along with 20MB of data each month for $39.95. What’s more, there are no additional taxes and fees to deal with — just $39.95. WOW. Technophiles need not apply lest they bring their own handsets as the company’s phone selection is reminiscent of Verizon Wireless circa 1997. So folks, if you’re on the lookout for a cheap unlimited plan it looks like the buck stops here.

    Dude, page plus is really bad. In 5 days you will be charged for web use. Leave that alone for hose who dont even use it… I mean I dont even use the web on the phone before and without knowig I was on it by mistake.. ‘

    Boost mobile is much better.. not pageplus that pays pictures and data …

    $50 dollar real unlimited, cant beat it though.

    I use the BB 8350i and my internet is free! I am not paying any wxtras like ATT $30 extra if you have the BB..

    I agree. This service is really bad. I switched and the service sucks. As soon as possible, I’m switching back to regular Verizon Services. For an “Unlimited” plan, everything should be unlimited; text, calls, pictures, etc. Calling and texting are unlimited, but Web and pictures aren’t. That doesn’t make any sense. They should redo there service/plan and expand it. Also, the phones they provide really suck.

      Web is not free on verizons unlimted either I just got out of a verizon contract for that reason. You get 25 Mb on verizon for 9.99 or for 29.99 you get unlimited but that is on top of the regular mothly charges. Works basically the same on page plus I have a blackberry on there. If you want more data pay for it! But on the unlimited you get 20MB for free. I figured it up and for 15.00 at 60 per mb (after the intial 20mb) it would give you 25 mb.

    Page Plus does not advertise an unlimited plan , it advertises unlimited talk and text . The 20mb which come with the plan are for people who don’t spend a lot of time watching video and heavily animated websites . I’ve been with Metro PCS , and Boost Mobile ,wouldn’t go back for anything . Metro was ok as long as you are in their few coverage areas . Boost sucked . If they were to use the Sprint CDMA network instead of the Nextel ISDN it would be worth it . For me though , since PP uses Verizon’s network and AT&T is truly the only one’s who can match Verizon’s coverage area , it’s worth it . Plus you can always add more data .

    calling card and they cut money from my
    account over $ 4 for 30 minutes why they cut why they said unlimited so i spend over $ 6 for 30 minutes
