    Jman789 – Good for you!!

Did you have to name the particular feature you “needed” to have?

Yes, I cited the support for Documents to Go and that IT at my company was unable to install it on my Curve.

I got no’s from all of the customer support until i said i would have to switch, and at that point it was easy.

It’s completely up to the discretion of the customer service rep, so if you feel you don’t connect with them, hang up before you ask to upgrade, and more importantly before they make a note on your account that you already tried.

Also key is saying that another rep told you to do this and this and call back if “this” doesn’t work.

    Best of luck guys!
