Boost Mobile launches Motorola Clutch i465

Ok, so it’s probably not the most exciting phone you’ll see here on BGR today but Boost Mobile users may be happy to learn they finally have a QWERTY option. The uniquely styled Motorola i465 Clutch is now available to the masses and the price point is more than fair — $129.99 out the door. As far as specs go; Push to Talk / Walkie Talkie, threaded SMS and MMS, POP3 email support, Bluetooth and a VGA camera are the highlights. Oh, and did we mention the QWERTY keypad? It’s easy to dismiss this little ugly duckling of a handset but if you’re a Boost customer who has been waiting for a real messaging option, the Clutch is going to be… Umm… Pretty clutch.

    I have an i465. When I cut it on it says please wait in red box then normally goes to my main background screen. Today the red box says please wait then no service and the phone stays on the black screen. Does anyone know why or how to fix?

    this is actually an awesoem phone i was alil upset at first but seriously this is like a 50 buck i phone ive got tons of apps on it its full customised and all that for free and i dodnt have to do any crazy hacking its very impressive. i think you guys have to take time and learn it and learn how to add things to it because my browser is amazing and loads faster and runs better than my friends iphone if this thing did videos and music better id never buy another phone

      Does anyone know how to extract or remove Voice Recordings? I’ve used the Voice Record option several times for phone meetings, but, I can not figure out how to transfer them to my PC.

    My i465 Motorola phone does not allow me to make any calls even to my voicemail. It does the following:rnThe cell phone displays that service is restricted, system busy try again, out of service, or/and does not receiving any signal what so ever. If/when it actually does let me call out the phone will reset itself. oes to a blank screen then resets itself. Sometimes it’ll reset constantly or only when it is calling out. Please help me. I do not have the $ to get another phone.

    my boost i465 will not turn on. when plugged into the chardger not even the little green light does not turn on any ideas?? could it possibly be the battery?????

      I’m actually having the same problem you were. So if you have figured out how to fix it please let me know….
