T-Mobile “Unlimited Loyalty Plan” now available nationwide

Services

A day later than originally rumored, the T-Mobile “Unlimited Loyalty Plan” for loyal customers is now available nationwide. Starting March 2nd, customers who have been with T-Mobile for more than 22 months with a reliable payment history are being offered the new plan when they log in to their T-Mobile accounts. The plans, which were piloted in San Francisco a mere 10 days ago, provide unlimited minutes on an individual line for $49.99/month and unlimited minutes on a two-line Family plan for $89.99/month. Additional lines (up to three) can also be added to the Family plan for $39.99 each. Add-on features such as unlimited data ($24.99), unlimited BlackBerry data ($34.99) and unlimited messaging ($9.99) can be added to each line on an a la carte basis. As an added bonus, customers who add a line and port in a new customer from a competitor will receive a $135 credit on their bill. Damn good show, T-Mobile — let’s see how the competition responds, or rather, if the competition responds…

what are you people talking about? poor t-mobile phone lineup? t-mobile gave you an option to buy any phone, at any store, all you have to do is insert your sim card in and you’re good to go. want an iphone? buy it on e-bay and use it on your t-mobile network. that’s why I switched to t-mobile from sprint. complete freedom. you don’t ever have to extend your contract if you need a new phone.
the only thing that really sucks is t-mobile web site. I’m having problems loading it at two of my home computers.

Yeah their competitors did respond with their own unlimited plans. Those plans are 69.99 for AT&T and verizon. I have not heard anything from Sprint. You don’t have to be a loyal customer with the competitors of t-moibile in order to switch to the unlimited plan. T-mobile does not state that you ahve to be a loyal customer for 22 months with reliable payment history in order to be eligible. Sounds like a marketing glitch because it is not even in the small print.

TMobile has the best customer service out of any of these other companies. I switched to the loyalty plan and it has worked out great for me. TMob.ile really cares and I defy anyone to find better customer service
