It’s always better late than never. Sprint has just announced that they will be pro-rating all ETFs and allowing customers the ability to change from plan to plan without extending their contract.  It’s safe to say that the wireless world is changing for the better, here in the U.S specifically. The pro-rated ETFs won’t be going into effect until sometime in 2008, so as with T-Mobile, we’ll withhold final judgement until we see just how much they’re willing to budge. Sprint is also introducing a number of other perks and service changes. Customers getting close to going over their monthly allotment of minutes can expect to receive a courtesy call from customer service, and new customers should be receiving a welcome call. Nothing crazy, but as they say, a little bit goes a long way.
