Motorola Q9h launch kit!

Exclusive

Now that we’re all recovered from our big one-year anniversary bash, we’d like to introduce you to the Motorola Q9h launch kit! Release dates on Motos have been more slick than a spilled oil tanker, but we might finally be getting close as the launch kit makes the rounds. There’s no demo or dummy device like our BlackBerry 8310 launch kit contained, so we only got some documents to thumb through through. What we have is an overview on the Motorola Q9h and a Getting Started Guide, which can only mean one thing…a launch pretty soon! Flip the links below to get your Q fix!

I have been looking forward to this release for a good while. I bought the Motorola Q9h on Ebay but the phone is setup with Euro 3G bands.. so it only gets Edge here in the states… waiting patiently… hopefully don’t have to for to much longer!

    The links are the same?

Oh yes, this is what I want.
Although the new BlackJack looks nice, I still want my Moto Q9h. :-)

My local manager told me she received an alert today that they would receive Q’s tomorrow.

I’m scheduled for training for the Q on Nov 5th…

Another laggy, barely able to keep up with your typing WM device! I’ll stick with my BB 8820 with GPS and Wifi!

I’m so glad this phone was not released back in September b/c I would have purchased it. Now that the BJII is on deck I’m no longer interested in Q9H

  • RogueX5

The Q9h has no problems keeping up with your typing.

  • EvilHomer

    Yeah, just your typos.

    Hey Kevin,
Just to totally bone your ‘Berry, my Tilt kicks its ass in ability and typing speed. It’s so damn fast I can’t even keep up with it. Keep in mind I’m an avid texter.

Might not mean anything, but, get this, WALMART has the Q9h available for sale thru their “virtual inventory”. It’s orderable… Take that for whatever it’s worth. Ordering thru “virtual inventory” takes 2 days to get the phone to the store…

I can’t find it on Wal-Mart.com. Could you provide a link.

So does anyone have any idea exactly when this might be out? Just wondering because it must be coming soon if there is a launch kit.

But if they slip up again Im just getting Me a BJII.

The email from Corporate states that the device drops on November 1. I won’t swear by that but I saw the email at my AT&T Corp store.

Does anyone know if you reprogram any buttons to voice recognition dial on the Q9h? Maybe it already has it on the keyboard. If not, how many clicks to get there? This is important to me.
    Thanks
ps. can this be done on the blackjack II also?
